OnitRN was founded in 2017 by Beth McCauley, a dedicated registered nurse with nearly two decades of experience in healthcare leadership.

While working at Providence Health Systems in Eastern Washington, Beth played a key role in developing the Nurse Care Managers program, which helped seniors and frequent ER users explore alternative care options to better manage their health. Her expertise and contributions to innovative senior care even earned her a feature on the cover of Providence Heartbeat magazine.

During this time, Beth naturally became a trusted resource for friends, family, and members of her church community who were navigating the challenges of aging parents. People turned to her for guidance on everything from healthcare decisions to finding the right support services.

The idea for OnitRN truly took shape during a memorable anniversary trip to the stunning Beartooth Mountains in Montana’s Yellowstone Valley. It was there, amid the breathtaking scenery, that Beth’s husband encouraged her to “take the show on the road” and launch a business dedicated to helping seniors—our most vulnerable population—navigate the complex healthcare system with ease and dignity.

After much thoughtful conversation and prayer, it became clear that starting their own venture was the right next step. What began as TruCare Connect has since evolved into On It RN, a name that perfectly captures our commitment to being proactive, reliable, and always “on it” when it comes to delivering exceptional care.

Today, OnitRN stands as the premier provider of nurse delegation services across Washington and beyond—delivering coordinated, reliable care that fills gaps, reduces turnover, ensures compliance, and supports assisted living communities in providing exceptional service to residents. What started as a personal calling has grown into a team committed to gold-standard oversight, clear pricing, and real peace of mind for everyone involved.

We’re grateful for the journey so far and excited to continue making a meaningful difference—one resident, one facility, and one family at a time.
